Welcome to opening day at Second Street Pawn, the first store where you can trade-in your old stuff or trust our master Accessorizier [pronouned: “uhk-seh-sr-roh-say”]  (you) to personalize gifts and home goods!

Currently we’re having a sale on customized gift boxes as well as accessories for Bikes, Teddy Bears, Chairs, and Lamps! And by sale, I mean those are the only orders we’re accepting!

New Hire Instructions:

  • On your first day will be given a starting fund amount to help you thrift shop for the accessories you think you’ll need to start your journey.
  • At the start of each day you can use your income to do more thrift shopping for accessories.
  • After thrifting, return and open shop and customers will come in with items to personalize or items to sell to the shop.
  • To complete a personalization order, try to understand what the customer is asking for, then apply the correct accessories from your inventory to your workbench then apply the accessories at your workbench. When finished, deliver their newly accessorized item back to the customer. If you wow them, most customers will give a generous tip!
  •  [Caution: while there are many ways to fill an order, you don’t want to spend more on accessories than the customer is willing to pay for the service].
  • To complete a purchase order, evaluate the item presented by the customer and the components it contains. If you want to purchase, make a bid, but you only get one chance, so make it a reasonable offer
  • If customers are not satisfied with your work as an accessorizier, they will leave a negative review, lowering your star rating. They will also leave a scathing review if you do not greet them quick enough. They will leave much less angry if you at least address then dismiss them but do not ignore them!
  • If your store rating reaches below half a star, we will be forced to close the location (game over)
